Operations manager & director of sales

Rhonda, Carol’s daughter, is an integral part of Vin West. She handles all the day to day operations. Since Jim’s passing, she has managed to add 4 new wineries to the VIn West portfolio, as well as retaining all current wineries. She doubled the size of the sales team, prior to covid-19. She is pictured here with Jim at Family WInemakers Del Mar 2019.

Tom has been selling wine is Southern California for 27 years. He is a former Western Regional Manager for Charles Mondavi, where he was Salesperson of the Year 5 out of 7 years. He also worked for Charles Krug, and Levendi. He brings wealth of experience and knowledge to the Vin West Team.
